The School has 1 provincial level key research base in humanities & social science and 10 research institutes and research laboratories. It has undertaken more than 300 national, ministerial and provincial projects respectively funded by the national soft science, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, etc. Faculty members have published more than 700 academic papers, more than 200 of which were indexed by SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI; won 4 provincial teaching achievement awards, 2 provincial awards for science and technology progress, 7 provincial awards for science and technology progress in universities, 10 provincial awards for social science achievement; and published more than 50 professional publications, and more than 30 textbooks.
